    Where is my refund?

    我们的目标是在商品退回给我们后的三天内处理退款。但请注意,您的银行可能需要几天时间才能将付款退回您的帐户。话虽如此,请在将商品寄回给我们后最多等待十个工作日,然后再联系您的退款。我们将通过电子邮件与您联系,通知您退款何时处理完毕。

    How do I cancel my order?

    从您下订单到我们开始处理它之间只有很短的时间。如果您在订购后立即通过 gewumingde@hotmail.com 与我们联系,我们可能会在处理之前取消您的订单。如果没有,我们将发送您的订单,然后您可以在收到时将其退回给我们。

    Can I alter my order?

    Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

    When will my order arrive?

    Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within five to ten days.  Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

    Returns

    Can I return or exchange an item?

    You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you are not sure of the size, we suggest that you contact us before ordering, and then we will recommend the appropriate size to you.

    How do I return an item?

    Please contact our customer service team via gewumingde@hotmail.com. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

    My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

    In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via gewumingde@hotmail.com  with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.
